TRAINING CONTENT:

• Managing the reception and carrying out other tasks, e.g. setting room allocations, service booking, invoicing and billing, keeping the hotel till, correspondence, giving information
• Advising guests mindful of their wishes and conducting consultation and sales talks
• Processing complaints
• Preparation and serving of simple dishes and hot drinks
• Serving meals and beverages
• Accepting product deliveries and checking for weight, quantity and visible damage
• Storing goods and controlling stock levels
• Inspection and cleaning of machines and consumables
• Cleaning, maintaining and preparing hotel rooms and dining areas
